Lexo....I'm not debating you, just wondering. Where did they call him a liar? Wasn't it they just showed areas of his testimony that were inconsistent with other findings? Can he prove his story is the accurate one?

Tookie...if he is that good he can find employment as a coach and then start recruiting next year. Plus, why didn't USC renew his contract if A) he was that valuable as a coach and B) his story was true? It would seem USC would want to keep him to show the NCAA they backed their guy and his story.

But let's assume he can't find work for a year and it was because the NCAA published FALSE statements about him....what are the damages? What does he make a year.

Anyway, seems like a pretty thin case. I'm sure some lawyer will take it, but you have to wonder how much time and money it will take to sue.
