The law frim that is representing McNair is not free, but don't tell me he is paying them up front. They are taking his case on a contingency fee basis because they think he has a great case. SC thinks the case hinges on his character or lack thereoff, but it really hinges on the NCAA's gross violations of all his rights. They can get away with that in their court, but not a real court.
