How long is this process going to take?
I agree and believe McNair and USC have a great case against the NCAA. So lets assume the NCAA settles with McNair out of court, how much time until the school receives a decision on their appeal? If McNair and representation has to go the distance, what the approximate time table? 1 year, 2 years, five years???
I ask because USC will be forced to endure penalties for the next 2 years. If the process takes any longer, how does USC receive fair compensation for what was already taken away?
