say the sanctions are not approved...can SC go to court and have the sanctions removed, in which case add the vacated wins into that suit?

To me, it sounds as if, SC is fine with letting the UCLA game and the greatest game in the universities history go, why they would do that is beyond me.

The dumbass from SC stated IN PUBLIC, that he didn't think vacted wins could be contested. WTF, OU AND MIAMI JUST DID THAT VERY THING. How SC could NOT know that, is unreal.
