Guys like James Grant and Todd Dickey are completely clueless. As far as I know they are still a part of the appeals process rather than some shrewed sharks that should be hired by SC to tear the NCAA a new one. Every time I read an article like Dufresne's today in the L. A. Times and read how SC has "accepted" certain penalties including the vacating of the BCS title my blood presure goes way up. These F'n morons still apparntly don't understand you can appeal vacated wins and given the almost fictitious "evidence" the NCAA used to establish the December 2004 start to Bush's ineligibility they should try and get these wins resored. Even the Yahoo timeline says the earliest benefit to Bush was March 2005 concerning the car. The NCAA spin that some oral agreement had been reached in December 2004 is utter bullsh*t and should be rammed up thier collective asses through the appeal and any later lawsuit.
