that he doesn't want to win--he wants to sue.

It would be interesting to know what, if any, cooperation McNair's attorneys had from USC's.

The amazing thing is just how sloppily the NCAA handled what was the biggest case in front of them in years and just how clearly they took the "Red Queen" approach to their verdict.
