contender Boston facing Baltimore (weakest team in AL) Sox lead 3-2 in 8th when rain delayed..for an hour.
and contender Tampa Bay facing the Yanks. (one of the strongest) Yanks led 7-0 late
Both games came down to the 2 outs in the ninth for the home team trailing. (home team)
